Xebbert Dürbann has been working in Riva for ten years now. The sewers were enlarged under his supervision. He keeps the city clean and has so far prevented the spread of rats and disease - quite unusual for a harbor town!

There’s a lot of talk about the ratter, but that’s mostly because he’s down in the sewers all day, so hardly anyone gets to see him. We meet him down there a lot, the guy’s okay!
