Have you heard of a god named Rastullah?

Rastullah is worshipped by most Novadis, some Tulamides and a few Aranians. All of them follow the 99 sacred Laws to varying degrees. The Ferkinas and Trolltooths also worship him, although they do not obey the 99 laws.
