How about a little talk about those orcs?

I know of some orc settlements in the Blood Peaks.

The closest of all is Orrakhar. It functions as a prison for the abductees and a storehouse for loot, and is also referred to as the robbery dens in the Blood Peaks.

Kharkush acts as the forge of the Orclands, the best orc iron weapons are made here. Orcs enslaved hundreds of humans and dwarves to work for them in mines, forges, hammer mills, sawmills and smelters.

And Ohort is inhabited by two peoples — orcs and holberks. Holberks are crossbreed of orcs and elves. Can you believe that?
