The secret hall of Phex is located somewhere among the punts of the Fishermen town. Yolo beni Shaba along with other Phex followers pay particular attention to the observance of divine virtues. Thieves, smugglers and traders do not agree with this unanimously and some would probably prefer the Phex servants to disappear again.
