What about those Blood Peaks?

Beautiful Mountains, aren’t they?! I don’t believe the reports about all the orcs there. I have traveled the Blood Peaks extensively these last few years, and only once have I met a band of orcs. And — thanks be to the Twelve — I escaped.

So there are no orc settlements in the Blood Peaks, right?

People talk about an underground orc town in the Blood Peaks, but so far, no one has ever dared look for it.
