Each Norbardic clan has its own holy book — Seffer Manich. This book is being kept and updated by Zibilja — the wise woman of the clan.

In addition to Zibilja, every Norbardic clan has an Immen-mother who watches over the fate of the clan in a superior way and ensures Mokoscha’s goodwill. The immen-mothers do not move around with the clans, but rather look after and care for the clans’ sacred beehives as well as the burial mounds and the Mokoscha shrine.
