Do you know the rat-catcher?

Xebbert was a harmless fellow, interested in naught but his darlings, the rats. Some people say he was eaten by rats, others say he just retired. No one knows for sure.

The new rat-catacher is a woman. She lives somewhere in the Lower Wyk. That is all I know so far.
